The Supervisory Board was informed regularly and in detail by the Executive Board in written reports and at meetings about the Company’s situation, its development, and important business events. In its meetings and the meetings of its committees, the Supervisory Board discussed all major company matters and made such decisions as it was called upon to make in accordance with its statutory responsibilities. Having conducted its own review, the Supervisory Board acknowledges the auditor’s findings and raises no objections.

In accordance with Section 52 (1) of Germany’s Limited Liability Companies Act (GmbHG) in connection with Section 171 (2) of Germany’s Stock Corporations Act (AktG), the Board approves the financial statements of FMG and the consolidated financial statements.
