The newly established corporate division «People & Culture» pursues a holistic approach to personnel work and combines strategic and operational HR tasks. This enables us to view personnel processes holistically and implement them more efficiently. For 2026, the focus is on digitalization topics that make our HR processes more seamless, faster, and more efficient, and enable data-driven personnel decisions.

Measures to secure personnel requirements are a high priority. Through our apprenticeship programs and a wide range of opportunities for early-career talent, we attract students and graduates – such as through a graduate trainee program, internships, final theses, or working student positions – and engage them with Munich Airport at an early stage.
