Hosting and reach measurement using Matomo
1. Scope of processing
In order to measure the reach of our microsite, we use the Open Source software Matomo – a web analysis tool for the statistical analysis of web visits. The data captured by Matomo is stored in an anonymized form and is used to improve our website. Data is collected without the use of cookies. The following data is processed in this context:
the browser type and browser version you are using,
your operating system,
your country of origin,
date and time of the server request,
the number of visits,
your dwell time on the website, and
the external links that you activated.
Before your IP address is stored, it is anonymized immediately after transmission. To this end, the last two (Ipv4) or ten octets (Ipv6) of the IP address are removed.
This data is required for technical reasons so that the website can be displayed on the user’s device.
